Hi there, er1to9.

Not sure if you're new here or not, but you can do a search for precisely those two criteria right here on this very web site. Just click on advanced search and check off the "swimming pool" box under the "amenities" menu.

Good luck!

The St. Tropez in midtown east is a CONDO that has an outdoor pool on a roof deck. That's the only one I know of (except for the few really exorbinant ones that have their own pool, they are almost exclusively downtown, think Nohoish, and always condos).

280 Park Ave South has a pool up top, I think. Not sure if it is open or skylighted. There was a picture of it on a for-sale flyer I got there at an open house this past weekend.

Very nice matsonjones, but inododo could rent that $18MM place for $5K / month just by putting them on the "shitlist".

Why on the roof? It sort of implies that you won't be able to use the pool all year round. And most new buildings would never put a pool on the roof and give up valuable space they could sell as a pent-house or as a private deck.
