Discussion about
So, in my building a management company has a costly and lengthy application process in place. They take some time to process the application and it is as detailed and invasive as a coop approval application. My question is, can the condo board reject a renter other than refusing to waive the right of first refusal? As the owner, I would think that I am on the hook for CC payments and the onus would be on me to qualify a renter. TIA

No, the condo "board" cannot reject a renter other than exercising its right of first refusal.

Condo "boards" really have very little power in this regard.
