Discussion about
Three young women sign lease and split rent. One of them leaves and stops paying. Landlord wants to sue for back rent. Can he sue the gals who have been paying?
Im sure there is a clause in the lease that makes any of three responsible for the entire rent, regardless of who's portion is what.

of course. you are all equally liable. perhaps you could sue your wayward roomate in return.
