Why don't you just sell the place? Today's most exciting thread is about some guy whose front door lock didn't work and he got a $460 locksmith bill (cash) that he's trying to figure out how to get back from the landlord. Do you need that? I don't get why people want to be 1 off landlords.

To answer your question, if someone is actively there to show it within an hours' notice to not only open prospective renters, but other agents bringing pre-qualified prospective renters, it can rent within 2 hours of getting listed in the REBNY and other databases that over 25,000 broker's have access too.
