consultations in apartments

Does anyone know of rental buildings were I would be allowed to do consultation work a couple of days a week from the apartment? It would mean different people coming up to the apartment throughout the day, but only one at a time. I am a life coach and want to avoid having to rent two spaces, home and office, when all I need to do is sit and talk with someone. Any ideas? Has to be in Manhattan.
