Discussion about
Read article today about house "swaps". We have a beautiful home in Upstate NY that we wish to trade for an apartment in the city. Upper East side preferred but we are open. 2 bedroom max would be good for us.. Have a Million in our house here 3 hours from the city, but would trade it in the 750k range towarsd a Unit in the 3-4 Million range in NYC. We have cash for the difference. Any brokers in the city that wish to handle let us know. Thanks
