Tower 67 at 145 West 67th. Is there any way to find no fee rentals in this apartment complex?

they don't release their availabilities till there empty and near ready to go. which is great if you are a tenant since your management company isn't asking permission to show your apartment the way many others do. so what we are seeing are their oct 1 through oct 10 or so vacancies. i've seen them have 30-40 vacancies in a 300 unit building and they'll lease it up in 10 days to two weeks, a few stragglers aside. with no advertising on their part, after the apartments are vacant, with agents collecting a fee. pretty efficient on their part.
