Terrible management

beware of Dermot Realty. In fact, avoid them altogether. Not only do they look for ways to force existing tenants out of buildings that they acquire- but they take advantage of new renters. I would pay my rent up to 2 weeks ahead of time and would still get slapped with late fees - because the envelope with my check sits at someone's desk. When fighting the accumulative charges, they hung up, yelled, and tried to beat me down until 9 months later (first late fee was placed during my very first month) I spoke to an exec. and got the charges dismissed. They are horrible horrible horrible.
