I just spot checked and this isn't accurate. 20 Fifth Ave., for example is no fee through Sol Goldman Management but does not appear on the map.

It ignores upper Manhattan altogether, which is entirely a no-fee zone. It misses some downtown buildings. But its useful in conjunction with NYBits, etc.

it's definitely a good start, and should be supported by LL's--i have a great deal on a no-fee rental from a uilding shown on this very map--piece of cake renting, without the impediment and expense of a rental broker
