Maison East One Bedroom

My wife and I are selling a one bedroom on a high floor with INCREDIBLE views. If you're interested, we have an open house this weekend, tomorrow from 11am-1PM, apt 21B. It's 790 sq ft. + terrace...

I took a tour of this building when the sales office opened and was not impressed at all.

I think they are riding a little to much of the PS6 factor in the prices in this building, as there are no other amenities. I don't know how PS helps you much for a 1 bedroom though...

David, good luck at your open house! We'll keep an eye on it... If you make 10%+ over the last 6 months, i'd be impressed... (even though you somehow gained 19 square feet)

The A line is 771 sq ft, the B line is larger, 790 sq ft... we haven't "gained" square footage.

MAV, if tbe building allows people to combine units then a 1 br might be attractive for growing families in PS6. I live in the same neighborhood and many of my neighbors have done this, the coop board actually encourages it.

Actually, 21B is our unit, 21C is on the market and B+C can be combined to make a great apt. Many people combined in the bldg. You would end up with around 2,000 sq ft and multiple terraces and views from East to West and North... and PS6.

I'm sure 21B is nice but I don't know that I'd be willing to pay almost $300k more for a better view and balcony. I don't think its wise to spend more than $850k on a one bedroom.
