Need help trying to get a sense of what it would cost to do a reno on a midsize kitchen 9x10 and 2 bathrooms 6x7 in a 1500ft GV coop. Not a full gut reno as I am not changing the layout of the apartment or moving the utilities around, but mainly replacing outdated fixtures (e.g.cabinets, appliances, sinks, tubs etc.) Figure I will need an architect to file papers with the city at least for the kitchen since I will demo a wall unless I am mistaken.

Kitchen:
Demo 1 wall to open up kitchen, but keeping same layout
No change to gas lines, new electrical outlets needed
New cabinets (stock), mid-level appliances for occasional cooking (DW, range, fridge)
Re-tile floor
Bathrooms:
No change to layout
Re-tile floor, walls
Replace tub, sink, toilet, vanity

You might not need an architect it depends on your building.
Probably $20-30k for the kitchen and $15k or so for each bathroom.
