Discussion about The Mondrian at 250 East 54th Street in Sutton Place
Does anyone know why there are suddenly so many apartments for sale in this building? Did condo charges go up? Anything related to the scaffolding and ongoing work on the facade? Thanks for any info.

I would also like to know this as well as Mondrian vs. Veneto condo. Which is a better investment?
