Discussion about The Powerhouse at 2-17 51st Avenue in Hunters Point
Any comments on this building? Is it a good investment? Seems like it's one of the better new developments in LIC. Any thoughts?

It's the powerhouse building, I just bought there, hope it'll come out as nice as what they show in the sales center.
