Rentals with valet parking?

Sorry to bug the NYC board but hoping someone might be more assistance than the advertisers on the NJ board side. I'm looking for a high end rental for my father. He's rather frail but still a driver. He is looking to narrow his search for buildings in Jersey City or Hoboken that offer valet parking. Any suggestions? If rentals don't work out, buying might be an option too. What buildings with valet are worth looking at? Ideally extremely close walking distance to the path would be desired. Thanks!

Sorry about the NYC board comment. I had originally thought to post there. I decided here but hoping that there are more readers than meets the eyes. Seems most advertisers. Would appreciate any help!
