The heating is erratic. There is no carpeting on the hallway staircases, so it can be very noisy late nights/early mornings. There's very little if any insulation between apartments, especially vertically, so you can hear every footstep above--and more. (yes, really.) If you're allergic to dogs, this building's not for you: 4 dogs in this 5-unit dwelling.
