why don't you just get a real three bedroom? Loads at that price.

I don't regularly work the UES but after a glance at my computer, it looks like it can happen if a) you have no pets and b) are willing to live very very far East.

As usual, depends on what exactly you're looking for. In my experience, there are definitely 1100-1400SF two-bedrooms with a dining room convertible to a third bedroom under $6K. Some under $5K. But if you want something bigger, or something with a high-end renovation, or "prime" location, that's tougher.

Here is a thought. Why don't you get off your ass and go look for one as opposed to asking the board? Won't you have to eventually do that anyway? Why not just go and do it? Stupid thread, if you consider the information is available (some of it anyway) on the rental portion of this website and the rest a few appointments away.

96 is great size .. Problem is 12k broker fee ... And the one on 64 has an open kitchen.. So I can't convert the dining into bedroom.... Great building though , has a pool on roof... And great area ...

Since you lost an opportunity "dik"ing around here I'll repost the above. Best advice you'll get. By the time anyone here know's about a good apartment IT'S ALREADY GONE.
