Not sure... But I find the transaction for 16F very funny. Asking $699,000? No I will pay $900,000!

16F was sold together with 16AB to one party, to make a combo.

The 16F and 16AB sellers were closely related (maybe daughter and estate of mother) so divvying up the 16ABF total must've been driven more by tax considerations than by relative value.

Lack of presentation. On the market 497 days and still no pictures. It invites suspicion among other things. I always value the brokers who put it all out there so that you have a decent idea of what the property is.
