Apartment with outside space?

Discussion about
We are looking for a 2 to 3 bedroom apartment on the Upper Westside, Morningside, Harlem, or Upper Eastside area. Having a terrace or any other outside space is important to us. 2 apartments side by side would work too, as long as one of them has a terrace. There are 2 of us. The kids have left home a long time ago, and we have no pets. We are also flexible with move in dates. Any leads would be much appreciated.

A quick perusal on SE's search engine with keyword 'terrace' in upper Manhattan currently shows 46 or so places... Looks like there's a nice one at the Alberta in the mid $4K range.
