Adding new bathroom

I am considering converting 3 apartments into a luxury triplex. What would be the master bedroom however, does not have a master bath. The room does have a side room (previously used as an office). Is it possible to convert this room into a bathroom? There is already a bathroom on the floor, but it is around 20 feet from this room. Is it possible to connect the drain pipes? If so, how much would this cost? If not, can an entire new drain line be added to the building? If so, how much would that cost (Im guessing at $50K +)

What floor is the master bedroom going to on? If it's not going to be on the bottom of the three floor triplex, then you could run the new drain line in the ceiling of the floor below the master bedroom back to the main waste riser. Feel free to contact me regarding your potential renovation.
