How quickly are sales added to ACRIS?

If a condo sale that closed over a year ago isn't in ACRIS is there another way to find out the sales price?

Sales are usually added within a few to several weeks. We see some that are added in days, and others which magically appear four months after the sale.

If you are sure that it sold, and it does not appear in StreetEasy, you are welcome to send us (support@streeteasy.com) the address/unit and we'll do further research. We always like a challenge and want to make sure the data is as accurate as possible.

Take a look at The Slate on 18th st in Chelsea.

Condos closed months ago and people moved in months ago.

Nothing in ACRIS.
