Millenium Tower on West Street

Hi there--We own a 2 br 2 1/2 bath in the Millennium at 30 West which we are now renting out. We lived there over last summer and found the building to be wonderful. There is a great gym which is hardly ever busy. We have 'killer' views of water from all windows in our apartment. It is a bit removed from the hustle/bustle of West Street because it is set back. I enjoyed living there over the summer but we had to return to our 'primary' residence. I would be happy to answer any specific questions you have.

Hi, fleurdelys! Thanks for the info. Is there a garage? That's really essential for us. Also, is there a sales office? Do you know if there are any apartments bigger than 3 bedrooms? Finally, why are the cc and ret not the usual outrageous ones for BPC? Sorry for so many questions. Thanks again.

Fatrabbit--sorry i took so long to respond but.....here it is...Check out the listings on streeteasy. There is no sales office because the building sold out before it was built. However, there are some re-sales listed. I think there is a four bedroom and I am pretty sure there are some threes. Mostly two bedrooms are for sale though. As for the garage, there is none in the building but there is valet parking. You leave your key/car with the doorman and they have it parked (at the Ritz next door, I think). The monthly fee is comparable to that of an on-site garage. We pay about 1700 cc and about 500 ret. Not bad at all! Hope that helps
