I always bake so I defer to later answers if they're better, ... but maybe Hill Country Fried Chicken might have ones for take-out? They generally know what they're doing.

I would try Clinton Street bakery. Though I am with Ali on this one, I love to bake. A good crust is like golf; just when you think you have it figured out, it collapses.

I don't see Pecan but I guess you can ask.
