Discussion about
Tons of availabilities. Does anyone have experience in this building?
It's alright. Most of the layouts are a bit weird. Finishes aren't as high end as most of the conversions in the Financial District, but not bad at all, and it may be a bit cheaper. The staff is generally nice. Not much in the way of amenities.
If you're a history buff, the building has a great bio.
Because it's across from City Hall, it was a newspaper office early on -- back in the days when New York had 17 daily papers and they all had offices on Park Row.
I believe 15 Park Row was the original home of the Associated Press (AP).
Out of curiosity, I went in the building while it was being renovated and also after the conversion/renovation was complete. What jordyn says is true about the layouts -- they are odd-shaped and smallish.
