"Condo finishes"
FAIL. Any condo (and hell, most RENTAL buildings from after like 1998) have washer dryer IN UNIT for two bedrooms. Even in LIC and Harlem.
"Fulton Street offers endless cuisine choices."
I'm as big of a supporter of FiDi as anybody, but even I wouldn't say that. Yes, their is a Chipolte, a McDonalds, a Hale & Hearty and some frozen yogurt places but I'm not sure that is "endless cuisine choices".

Not even close to accurate. Though north of 100 st they need it as an inducement.
