The owner of this building will rob you blind! Stay away from this mother and son team of thieves, who have a long history of requesting a significant security deposit. Then they disappear with the tenant's deposit money at the end of the lease term and hide behind corporation names. They are professional thieves and know how to manipulate the court system!! Look them up in the court system! They have robbed A LOT of their tenants. Do your research, you'll see! You've been warned.
