Discussion about 4 Lexington Avenue #12KLM
What's the story with this place? Seems like a good deal and has been on the market forever. Think you could do a lot with the floorplan (knock down small third bedroom to open up great room, build interior office / guest room where the dead space / 3rd bath is today, etc.

We saw it. Lots of space, but it's very cut-up and choppy, and would require a lot of work. In other words, tt "looks like" a combination apartment, if you know what I mean. Bathrooms are small and somewhat dated. And worst of all, despite being on the 12th floor, the views are awful.

i could barely see the flrplan--atta go broker

cant fix a bad view, but could gut the place, if priced accordingly
