Property Is managed by Jordan Cooper who is the absolute worst in the business. They Re unresponsive and the super is extremely rude. The heat and the hot water in the building are constantly not working. There are thieves who live in the building who steal mail and packages, yet mNgement does nothing to intervene or solve the issue. Previous tenants are threatened and mistreated in an attempt to get them to vacate their apartments so the owners can renovate them and rent at a higher price to new unexpectant tenants. THERE IS NO ROOFDECK! These is a fire escape that leads to the roof where ther are phone lines and power cables exposed everywhere on a tarred roof. The roof is not a safe place for anyone to occupy. Stay away at all costs.
