I moved into this building in July 2013 and cannot be happier. I am a resident of an one-bedroom w/home office on a high floor facing south. The management team and service team in this building is fantastic, I never had one complaint, maintenance requests are addressed within 24h (most often the request gets addressed within 4h), residents (at least on the higher floors) are amazing neighbors, the gym has Equinox style equipment. There is a Fairway supermarket in the basement of the building, 86th@Lexington subway station is 2 blocks away, washer/dryer in every unit. I spent ~12 months to visit almost all luxury rental buildings on the UES and I couldn't find a better package than at The Ventura. I hope I can afford to live in this building for years to come!
