how is this building in terms of a rental? looks like its very child friendly....

like the other four you asked about, infested with bedbugs. rotten management. garbage everywhere. late night parties (especially the high floor apartments).

question, are you going to base your decision to rent on the feedback you get from a this stupid discussion board?
