I thought it was a nice renovation. Preferred the upstairs unit on the 8th floor with the view of Jefferson Library though.

But is this place worth $1500+ psf? Not so sure about that. It's a nice renovation, but ceilings seemed low. From my calculations it is 730+ square feet give or take for a 2br.
