i dont understand retarded listings like tis...by the broker's own admission "The apartment needs a finishing layer but the bones are intact." so.. nothing has been done, and they think they;ll get 500k or 20% more??? Is this a stupid broker or a stupid owner or both??

I agree with all of the above. Just a thought; I wonder what this unit looked like before the sunroom was added and the kitchen was done with whatever that flooring is in dining area? Could it be that a reno is best served when one stays within the parameters of the original design? I still think so IMO.
