Sale at 350 East 54th Street #4D

This is what happens when seller and agent get too cute. Cut the price to $599,000 and expect a bidding war. oooppps...no one bid to the level I expected since $725,000 was way too aggressive in the first place.

I visited with my wife and was told the seller would not accept anything below $650K and that there were multiple offers and there would be no deal contingent on financing and I had to RUSH RUSH RUSH or all would be lost. This was 8 weeks ago.

I was actually told the same thing about the financing contingency - Not gonna happen at this price. This'll be on the market for another year and probably will still be on after the Spring inventory comes in. Its being sold likes it is a buyer's market.. Need a reality check here

The only one not in a rush seems to be the seller. April of this year seems like a long time ago to me.
