Great apartment when compared with other comps in building. Better value, better renovation, better lay-out. Attention to detail in renovation like california closets, new HVAC units, Bosch w/d, BEAUTIFUL FLOORS, and beautiful granite in kitchen. Apartment faces north - you sacrifice the view for peace and quiet. Great place for single person, young / older couple or an investor.
