Totally fine. They manage one of my apartments @ 150 W 51st (executive plaza)- never had an issue with them and quite honestly, one of the easier and nicer guys to work with.

I have to agree they are a pleasure to deal with.

oldtimer 21 - I see that they are your the mgmt for one of your apartments.
I was going to move forward with an apartment and thought it was strange that they request the security and first months rent when putting in the application. Typically you tender the security deposit and 1st months rent upon signing the lease which I am accustomed to. (certified checks to no less) Do you remember how it worked when you signed up for your unit with them? Did you give the checks at the application time or the signing of the lease?

Anyone else can answer too - I would appreciate feedback.
