Ha, this is a $10 million listing, not $1 million. I was trying to figure out the catch. I can't imagine paying $10M for an apartment on the second floor.

First of all, any listing of this magnatude deserves clarity among other things. I wonder if there was an offer made or if it was delisted? What a mess.
