Looking for feedback from those living in a condo

Our Condo Board is looking to recommend to the owners what the minimum lease terms should be for those owners who want to rent their apartment. Would be great to hear from other condo owners in Manhattan and Brooklyn as to what their minimum lease terms are. If you could simply respond with your building name or address (or at least location), along with what the MINIMUM time period is for a lease (3 mos/6 mos/1 yr/2 yr. etc) -- would be greatly appreciated!

I would also include restrictions on the number of people that can reside in any condo rented out. You know how many NYU frat boys can fit in a 1 bedroom.
