Discussion about
If a listing is an FSBO and a realtor brings a client to the open house, what does realtor get - 1/2 of a normal commission ie 3% instead of 6%?

I think that you can work out a situation where the broker for the purchaser would get what he/she would get if the seller also had a broker, which is a split commission of 3%.

up to the owner.

the owner can announce something like "1% for buyer's agent", or "no commission for buyer's agent", all up to him
