report abuse Anyone have any info on this new and completed building on the corner of Scholes and Humboldt.

Aside from the obvious facts that its across from the Williamsburg Houses public housing and there is a chicken slaughter house across the street.

given the info you provided above, why would you need to know anyting else about it?

The developer is also constructing 80 Meserole St and I want to see the finished product at 180 Scholes.

so why not make an appointment and go?

No info is posted except the standard construction legal lic, etc.
There was some info on the Meserole building but searches for Meserole BH LLC have turned up nothing. The construction firm is Hi Tower but again, there's no info online.

I was looking for info on it myself. We passed by the other day - it looks like it's nearly ready to open; if you stand outside the chicken coop, you can see that one of the apartments on the 2nd or 3rd floor has already been set up as a model apartment (either that, or there's one unit occupied).
