Isn't this the 90 story high end building that claims to ask 4000psf? Clearly this is not the kind of project that needs to to resort to a shill, or do they? This will be interesting to observe.

Captivate me? At a starting price of 6.55 million, sounds a lot more like bankrupt me. But at least I can buy "simple" furniture.

Hi guys, I understand you thinking it was a shill alert.

Heads up, I shared it because it put such a smile on my face. I love it when things are done well and are extraordinary.

I am not a broker, plus additionally this PH apt has a $90M price tag.

New2RE Hi, I am glad you enjoyed it, I have to say the living room was the highlight for me out of all the rooms.

It's very hard to argue with those views. The location is another story. Seems like a building for foreign buyers.

It's not exactly all that eclectic to be struck by glass walls in a huge apartment with panoramic views of Central Park and NYC. Coming home to 57th St. everyday--blech, but I could get over that. Now, who wants to buy me a $90MM Christmas present (and then pay my maintenance every month forever)?
