the real estate industry lives by the motto: “location, location, location.” Next week it’ll be known for “deception, deception, deception.”...... This shouldn’t come as a surprise to readers of this column. I began telling you years ago that the sales figures on homes were wrong — and dangerously misleading............ The NAR, of course, would like home sales to look as brisk as possible.
