HI With a livein super...is the average size a 1 bed or 2 bed for super? Whats normally expected?

In the 100-150 unit buildings I've lived in, the super has had one bedroom apartment. One was a jr-four converted to a two bedroom.

If your super is married, I think they often need a two bedroom with the extra room for their children. It depends alot on the size of the apartment building. In my last rental building (200 units), the super had a two bedroom apartment.

In my Greenwich Village building the super apartment is a 2 bed/1 bath.

in our 80-unit, he has a 2-bedroom. his single, but "inherited" the 2bd from the previous super that had a 4-people household.
