i have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom in the solaire available feb 1 SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW MARKET RATES. it is a lease transfer due to the fact that i am relocating. i rented during the "rental recession", currently pay $5200. this is a lease transfer so that means that you'd pay $5200 (i'm willing to negotiate as well) feb til beginning of june and then you would have the option to re-sign at the insiders... i have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom in the solaire available feb 1 SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW MARKET RATES. it is a lease transfer due to the fact that i am relocating. i rented during the "rental recession", currently pay $5200. this is a lease transfer so that means that you'd pay $5200 (i'm willing to negotiate as well) feb til beginning of june and then you would have the option to re-sign at the insiders rate (normal price bump for a unit). leasing office told me that they would probably put it on the market for $5900 if my lease was up. it's a green building, great amenities, w/d in unit.
