Post labor day wedding

Looking to rent a home to have a 60 person wedding the weekend after Labor Day. Willing to pay decent money(10 -20k) for a 4 day - 1 week rental. Will like to have the reception in the backyard. Very responsible group and have been renting same home in hamptons for 4 years. Any thoughts?
