88 Greenwich Amenities

I live in 88 Greenwich and am posting re: declining amenities in the building. First there was a flood which damaged the elevators and several floors of units...elevators were tiled with fairly cheap looking tile, not like the old tile. Then, the yoga classes now charge $10 per person where they used to be free. Now I learned that our concierge contract for the building is not being renewed at the end of the month - I don't know if the building has selected a new one or not. ?????? If I were paying $1000+ per month in condo fees for these 'amenities,' I'd be pretty upset. If you are looking there, make sure to inquire about what other changes are planned.
