Flooring underlayment installation cost

I am redoing my floors and might to take the opportunity to add a layer of underlayment for extra sound reduction. Does anyone know how much this will add to the underlying $2-4 psf floor installation cost I have seen quoted by most floor contractors?

Depend with wood floor sf area but between $2-5 ok
But usually $3 along with new wood floor.
