Lived there for a year. Started off with problems that never got fixed by management, they don't respond to calls or emails, the building is filled with college aged kids so you'll have to be fine with finding vomit in the elevator or the constant noise. Finally when I moved out it took ages to get my deposit back. I had to call, email, write letters, and when I did it came back with no interest... To top it all off the rent here is way overpriced for the space and quality of the place, you might as well find a less expensive new building in a better area, north Williamsburg near the park. Good luck and stay away from this place!

How much interest were you expecting on your deposit?

The Continental at 185 South 4th Street in Williamsburg
This was posted several years ago, as an update, this building is still owned by the same landlords and is even more of a mess. Stay away from this place.
