I just purchased a co-op and was wondering if anyone could recommend a homeowner's insurance agent in the NYC area. Also, based on your experiences, what is the avg price for a policy with at least $1MM liab, $500K dwelling and ~$150-$200k item replacement cost coverage? Thank you.
