Average salary for staff

What is the average salary for a super in a building with 50 to 100 apts? Im thinking its close to $100k with benefits included...ie 50k salary, $30 to $40k value of 2 bed apt in manhattan,Tips/Bonus $10k and Parking($4k).....does this sound about right?

50-60K sounds like a good starting point. Usually from my experience the value of the apartment is not included since it is a requirement to live on site.

Not every staff gets the 2 bedroom suites. 10k bonus/tips maybe too high as well.

$100K is probably about right. $50K salary is probably low. As your management company for comparables.
