With the increasing real estate taxes, etc - what do you expect avg mtce to be in nyc coops in 2012? Im thinking $1.75 per sq ft will be more the norm for a 24/7 doorman building?

The hard part is figuring out the "real" sqft of the apartment, but your average is about right.

I dont think RE taxes are going up this year.

Looks about right. Mine is $1.71 per square foot with a 24/7 doorman.
