If i'm looking to purchase a retail condo and would like to know how much my neighbors are paying for rent. Is there any way I can search online? Something like how we can search for recorded sales through acris? Thanks all!

You can try a LoopNet search--if you can get access, a rental search will give you an idea of asking rents in the area. Or you could speak with an area retail broker. But the actual rents are not public information.

Actual rents are not recorded anywhere. A retail broker specialized in your area could give you recent ppsf, or you could just talk to nearby retailers and ask how much they pay.
